Eleven new apprentices started their first year of training with us on 01.09.2022 in three different professions.

As part of the introductory days, they went together to Benediktbeuern for a week of getting to know each other.

During joint project work, information events, game evenings, knowledge rallies, a guided tour of the monastery and team games, the apprentices can get to know each other better and grow together as a team. At the end of the introductory days, the junior staff are well prepared and equipped with the most important information to start in their respective departments.
