Today, the DELTA Gruppe once again opened its doors for the nationwide Girls' & Boys' Day and is celebrating a special anniversary: for the tenth time, the company is enabling young talents to discover the diversity of the professional world.

On this special day, which challenges traditional role models in career choices, the DELTA Gruppe welcomes 18 motivated pupils. They are given the chance to explore careers they may not have considered before and learn about the exciting aspects of working in our company.

The DELTA Gruppe has been a proud participant in Girls' & Boys' Day for a decade. The company sees this day as a valuable opportunity to inspire young people for less traditional career paths and to break stereotypes. We are convinced that this day not only opens up new perspectives for the participants, but also for the company itself.

Many former participants have found their way back to the DELTA Gruppe, where they completed a student internship and then started their apprenticeship. We are proud of the fact that Girls' & Boys' Day is often the first step on this path.

We are very pleased to inspire many young people again this year and hope to accompany some of them on their way.
