Welcome to the DELTA Gruppe! Nine new recruits started their professional journey on September 1, 2023 at the locations in Geisenhausen, Regensburg and Vilsbiburg.  An exciting time with a whole range of opportunities and challenges awaits the young newcomers.

Selina Bruckmeier starts her career as a technical designer (electrical), Angelika List, Luis Moritz Layer and Thomas Walden are starting as technical designers (mechanical). Lilli Meindl and Susanne Greis are starting their professional journey as draftswomen, specializing in architecture. Mia Strasser and Christoph Kaindl are joining the team as  prospective mechanical technicians for sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology. Ulrich Westenthanner begins his training as a technician for electrical equipment.

All of them will be mentored by experienced trainers and will take on varied and interesting tasks to prepare them for the working world of tomorrow. The young recruits can expect not only the regular lessons at the vocational school but also workshops and exciting project work, where they can gain valuable practical experience. This provides them with the perfect foundation to build their future careers.
