After almost three years, Simon Gruber and Sebastian Kupp have successfully completed their in-service training to become state-certified technicians specialising in electrical engineering.

For this reason, they were congratulated last week by our management and our branch manager Werner Müller.

Our employees are our most valuable asset. Therefore, we support such commitment not only financially, but also with educational leave. By investing in our employees, we invest in our future. Because through further training, valuable knowledge and know-how flows into our company.

Simon and Sebastian can be proud of themselves, because continuing their education part-time also means a heavy double burden. Both have mastered this with flying colours.
