What does a technical system planner for supply engineering actually do? What is the course of training to become a real estate agent? And what exactly does the DELTA Gruppe do? On Thursday, April 27, 2023, school students were given exclusive insights into the working world of the DELTA Gruppe.

Girls'Day and Boys'Day is a nationwide action day for career and study orientation. On this day, girls and boys can "get a taste" of jobs that are not exactly stereotypical for their own gender.

Ten girls and ten boys aged between twelve and 14 were our guests and learned about the training opportunities and fields of work. Our trainees told them exclusively about their everyday training and answered all their questions.

DELTA Gruppe has been participating in Girls' & Boys' Day for nine years now and considers the event a win-win situation for both sides. For many pupils, the action day is the start of a career at DELTA. They learn about professions and activities that could be of interest for their future careers. Afterwards, they also have the opportunity to complete a student internship to gain further experience and deepen their interest. If interest is maintained after this, we offer the chance to start a qualified apprenticeship with us.
