Moritz Buchheim started his training as a technical system planner (m/f/d) for supply and equipment technology at the DELTA Gruppe on 01.09.2019.

As the best in the chamber, he has now been awarded the outstanding grade of "very good" for his successful final examination. The ceremonial presentation of the certificate took place on XX by XX in Landshut.

"I am very happy about my great graduation. During the training period, I was optimally supported by my trainer and my colleagues and was thus able to develop myself further. Doing an apprenticeship at DELTA was definitely the right decision for me and I am looking forward to my further time in the company," says Moritz Buchheim, who from now on will continue to work for the DELTA Gruppe in a permanent position as a design engineer for supply technology.

"We are very proud of Moritz and are always pleased about the successful results of our trainees, which confirm to us that our training concept pays off," says Céline Sommersperger from the HR department.

Good training and promotion of our own junior staff is indispensable for us in times of a shortage of skilled workers.
